I do see the System of Profound Knowledge as a system.  A system of thought 
or concepts is a system just as an automobile is a system just as an 
organization is a system.  To me all are systems of related components.  SoPK 
has its four main components and their multiple subcomponents, the automobile 
has its major components and their multiple subcomponents and the 
organization has its major components made up of their multiple 
subcomponents.  The components interact to make the system.
