SPKn is not a system to me. The components are simply subject matter areas to
be considered as well as others. Deming simply listed the 4 he thought most
important as subject matter (knowledge) framework. There are 15 subject areas
pertaining to denistry but that does, make it a systerm, simply areas one
must achieve knowledge in to perform the skills.
Now I do accept the fact more people will disagree with me than agree, but
then it comes back down to operational defintinion and I have him on audio
describing a system that contradicts himself. Maybe he's a good question?
What is management? A system or process. Be careful, he's on record defining
it.
