Randy Schenkat's monograph

Someone told me that the ASCD would not respond to a request for 
Randy Schenkat's booklet, "Quality Connections: Transforming Schools 
Through Total Quality Management".  I wrote to Randy and he replied 
as follows:

For those who seek to understand the way to take advantage of both 
Dr. Deming's teachings and the various formula approaches (ISO, 
Baldrige, etc.) I can heartily recommend Randy Schenkat's booklet.
