RE: REQUEST: Deming's 14 points

I wonder if we  should draft a standard
initial response to these sort of requests.  I bet to some of us these
requests seem naive (define the theory of the universe, and provide one
alternative example), but this may be a first step for some people towards
learning about Deming's methods.

Perhaps a listing of suggested web pages (with primary items like the 14
points, SOPK, biography) indexed.  Certainly just sending a reference to the
DEN home page is a starting point.
