What Charts does the CEO Need?

Hello Group:

The system will tell you what charts are necessary.  The system includes
the customer, the competition, the industry, etc.  You must first define
the system in which the industry operates then listen to the system.

The system will tell you what you need to know, your critical success
factors.  By collecting your own internal data you can determine where you
are in relation to the system.  Are there gaps?  The gaps could be a good
place to start ass-u-meing that your various success factors are stable.
If not then you first step is to determine and remove special causes.
