Frank,
this seems to be a good alternative, but the question is :
What about the cost of telephone? connection fees, whatever???
while we notice that even in the Western world, a lot of schools do not yet
have all the infrastructure, yes, maybe a few computers, but some None; than
it is not surprising that in those countries of the east and india,
pakistan, etc., africa.... it is a lot harder.
