DENizens,

You have just waded through a 3 week backlog of messages.  For the 27 new
subscribers, do not panic - this is not a normal thing!!

The good news is that quality is alive in Istanbul where I was earlier
in February doing some workshops.  I had lived there 30 years ago and it
was exciting to see the changes and the interest in quality management.

The bad news is that we had some system problems that delayed a timely
processing of messages for most of February.  But the queue is clear and
we are hopefully back on track.
