I for one would like to have more of an explanation as to what the real
problem is in this case. Why is it nearly impossible to follow a thread or
topic in the e-mail or on the website? What are the stumbling blocks? Can
they be cured, if they prove to be real, without a complete discarding of the
system (huge job, huge undertaking, huge problems given the DEN size). Why
are we so quick to suggest reengineering when, in some cases, KAIZEN is the
best economic solution?
In other words, what is the problem?
