What Charts Does the CEO Need?

Hello Group, and Welcome Back Jim!

As I have stated before the larger system in which the business or
organization will dictate what charts the CEO will need initially to begin
getting a picture of how well his organization is functioning.  As he and
his management team begin coming back into the organization they may find
that internal processes are in fact influencing those charts and new charts
may be needed.  For example, a theory may be developed that the reason the
company has a high rate of rework is that turnover and the resulting low
experience level in the production workers is affecting the quality of the
finished product.  Now we need to begin studing turnover and its causes.
As different theories are tried tracking their impact on turnover to see
what has had an inpact and what has not and as employment begins to
stablize is this infact having an impact on rework.

What I am saying here is that you begin with the larger system in which you
operate then come back inside you own system.
