I wholeheartedly agree with Dave Martin's comments.  Either a Newsgroup

om/~eacalame/create.html</A> this might be a helpful starting point, it was 
the first page following a search for "creating a newsgroup") or a Threaded 
Discussion Web page (more starting places: <A HREF="http://www.egroups.com/">h
ttp://www.egroups.com/</A> ,<A HREF="http://thinkofit.com/webconf/">http://thi
nkofit.com/webconf/</A> (see freeware section) would be cheaper, better as 
well as less time consuming for our moderator.  Higher quality equals lower 
total cost.
