NipponDenso  is one of the best run manufacturing operations in the world.
The are leader in setting high standards. As your quote shows the change is
led form the top. Any change must be understood and led from the top for it
to achieve maximum benefit.

Nippondenso was one of my early teachers as a partner with Bendix they
helped open my eyes. They achieved levels of employee engagement and process
effectiveness that is still rarely seen.
