STUDENT REQUEST: Research paper, needs help!

Hi, I am a student at the University of Lethbridge in Lethbridge,
Alberta.  Currently, I am taking a management class (Organizational
Behavior), which studies theorists and their contributions to
management.  I am researching the topic of Total Quality Management and
W. Edwards Deming's involvement.  In researching Deming, it explains he
is one of the forefathers of TQM.  Would it be possible, to be emailed
additional information on Deming's teachings, research and thoughts
regarding TQM.  Your help is much appreciated.
