Human Processes Absent ?

Dear DEN's
Around Deming Scandinavia we always have a few discussion
groups going on.

One discussion group is addressing PROCESSES, with the
purpose to develop management and improve businesses
by understanding improvement.

When discussing processes, for weeks I thought we all
basically discussed WORK-processes. Last week I understood
that two participants where actually always talking about
HUMAN INTERACTION processes. They seem to believe that
work-processes, or 'mechanical processes' as they call
them (ex. orderprocess, developmentprocess, strategy-
process, learningprocess etc.), are processes which
CANNOT BE IMPROVED without EVERYBODY understanding the
MORE FUNDAMENTAL and always-existing human interaction
processes involved (!).

The important processes, they say, are the interdependent
interaction processes which always occur between
individuals (actually... when going deeper... between the
brain-parts of these individuals).

If we ignore, hide or don't understand these processes,
they say, all our efforts and achievements will at best
be superficial and temporary (!)

In Demings works (OoC and TNE) I DO find the words
interdependence, orchestrating, intrinsic motivation,
cooperation, learning, interaction (A+B+C..+AB+..).

But I only find WORDS.

I DO NOT find METHODS to achieve these human centric
words. To achieve these human centric aims.

These are missing, right?

Do you know where else I can find profound materials
on this suject?
Any book on the subject which is well in line with Deming?

Still learning
