Info Overload? (Clauson)

DENizens,

You are probably calling me all sorts of names by now as your inboxes
are bulging.  You just received nearly 2 weeks worth of DEN messages in
one shot.  I regret the delay in messages and the current overload. 
We'll get back to normalcy...

I would like to comment that the Baldrige and Six-Sigma dialogue are
beginning to move away from our stated aim.  Just a nudge to stay
focused.
