Baldrige Story

Thanks Myron and his 'friends' gave us some illuninating accounts of the
Made in USA story of Baldrige  National Quality Award.
The story is like a counterpoint of JUSE's Deming Prize.
Nevertheless I like the message in the last sentence of  Myron's mail.
This is an important note. Please refer to one of leading Quality
Handbooks in the section 28 of Quality in a High-Tech Industry. The body
is Baldridge Criteria but might be without a 'soul'.

I like to thank Myron's account and wisdom( 'love') again.

p.s. Some good books on Baldridge Awards are available now but they are
all for professionals. The market might like a book called 'Baldrige
stories and for the rest of us'. List part of W. H. Auden on an
'wingless man lost in a British garden maze for Denizen reference.
