Well, in an e-mail response we can only begin (and may continue, if desired,
in follow on messages [or a paper to our moderator]).
So where do we begin? First, we start by building on WED's concept of a
system/systems by adding the state-of-the-art systems concepts of such
scientits/physicists as Karl Boehm and Fritjof Capra, Probably the most
critical contribution is that of Capra (Ref. his books, "The Turning Point,"
and "The Web of Life," and the movie/video based on his teachings,
"Mindwalk") in setting forward the proposition that all that exists in
reality are "relationships." These relationships are
"structured"/hierarchical in nature (e.g., Your body consist of the
relationships between its parts [arms, legs, organs, brain, etc.] and each of
those also consists of relationships between each other [left arm to heart,
shoulder, brain] and its own component parts [fingers, palm, wrist, forearm,
elbow, upper arm]. and so on, as far down, or as far up [the individual and
his/her relationship to other individuals, groups of individuals, area of
residence, planet lived on, etc.] as you wish to go.
