There was once a discussion about which of the 4 components in SPKn was most 
important or for formed the core to begin with or something like this. I 
agreed with the  person who stated that Theory of Variation was the most 
important of the four and from where to begin. I believe this statement 
supports this as the audios do when DEW talks about Shewhart, variation and 
use of control charts. Variation in life there will always be while the other 
three, they many not.
