Dear Mr. Dutta,
Try intrinsic motivation rather than extrinsic motivation. Discover why
workers don't do kaizan willingly and of their own accord. Then change, if
possible, the demotivating process. If one must bribe workers to do
something that is supposedly good for them, something is wrong in the way
the organization is managed.
