Dear Prof Latzko

I was interested to note that you teach Operations Management.  I am in the
early stages of an MBA at Kingston Uni, UK and we have just been studying
this subject.  You refer below to 'preparation of the student'.  Please
could you elaborate on what you mean.

I have held a long standing interest in Deming's approach, so I suspect I
will be familiar with what you might say.  However, it would be helpful to
hear it from youto ensure there are no gaps.  Moreover, I can use it as a
basis for discussion with my local study group.
