Of course not! Neither did WED.
In fact, there is no METHOD!!!! The 14 points are check points/milestones to
be understood, and applied, IAW with the SoPK to develop YOUR METHOD.
YOUR METHOD will be/must be YOUR METHOD, different than any one else's/any
another organization's. WED was adamant on this, "YOU CAN'T COPY!" Indeed
that was the basis for his (and some of the rest of our) opposition to
"benchmarking" as so much nonsense (unless your a consultant, and then it
sells well, and you can run before the truth is known).
For WED to have presented "A" method would have been to directly contradict
his own teachings, especially on Systems.
Added to this are, naturally, the concepts of never-ending-improvement and
common/system cause variation that says there never will be "A" method, just
a series of continually changing methods (some minor, some major ones totally
replacing previous methods). When that change stops, so has improvement.
