  I am happy that the teachers are expressing their dedication.  
  Managers might ask:
  What is the aim of the system that supplied the 400,000 dollars?  What is
the aim of the system that supplied the generous funders with the purse for
distributions of yours and other's dollar investments?  
  Funds and Grants and donations are investments.

  My theory is that the aims do not align.  What the teachers wish to do is
nurture their joy and pride of work.  What the money suppliers want to do is
generate data to support larger budgets.  
  CEOs (Senior Managers) developing aims and sharing them is a starting
point.  Setting the example: How many Senior Managers are for keeping it
simple for the employees they manage and keeping data on this?
