Good thoughts.  Made me laugh but I still see this process as people try to 
deal with the motivation and performance question.

Once again Dr. Baker has given us clear insight into the problem of 
incentives.  This will work in the short term as B. F. Skinner pointed out 
but we have to be careful of "superstitious" learning.  Does the rat really 
make the pellet fall out or is truly random?
