There must be something that can be seen, or grasped, or felt. If not, the
road is going to be a long, long and hard.

If the audience has heard of Deming before, it might be in a context in
which the overall purpose will be elusive, or misleading. If you could
perhaps see a video, visit a Wheeler seminar, or something of that nature,
the prospect might be more hopeful.

You have to have an audience. Those who have been on the DEN list for a
while don't need reinforcement, in my view. They are not the audience I
refer to.

If it is a failure, is it the failure of the speaker or presenter? I've
thought of that a lot in recent days. Maybe I should just show a video and
let it go at that...
