Thanks to James Robert Crow for a great input on moving from competitive pay 
to collaborative compensation (that's the same system I demonstrated in the 
federal Gainsharing project (Project name PACER SHARE). It worked there. 
Government Human "resources" types hated it (gad, it pretended these were 
real human being out there).
