Thank you all for your comments on accountability. I will provide to my
management with a recap Monday morning.

I recently read a quote from Confucius on patience: "Do not be desirous of
having things done quickly. Do not look to small advantages. Desire to have
things done quickly prevents their being done thoroughly.Looking at small
advantages prevents great affairs from being accomplished."

So, I shall keep plugging away.
