With less than a month til OQPF, I wanted to make sure the word got out

Also - Sunday evening (13th) is the annual OQPF Deming Association
Meeting and dinner.  If you are associated with any of the Deming groups
world wide, please note when registering that you will be attending to
make sure you get a chair and a plate.
