In his post on 18/07, John Borio pondered changing his title to
"Director of Performance & Education" (DOPE)

We are often faced with similar responses to the one that John quoted
from Managers "That's a Quality problem .... not my responsibility"

Perhaps John should think of changing the Manager's titles to the same
as ours - Business Unit Manager (BUM)
