RE: REQUEST: 21st Century Quality Concepts

  What philosophy will get us harmoniously into space ships or into to
underwater and underground communities?  What philosophy will get us into
oxygen fed dome communities that may be on earth or other planets?  What
philosophy will allow us peacefully, harmoniously and happily to make this
the best world for our children's, children's, children's, children's,
children's, children's, children?  
  Why must we accept leaders and managers who spread hate and discontent,
just to keep the masses divided and therefore conquered?  Ninety-nine point
seven (99.7)percent of the human race wants to live in peace, harmony and
happiness.  Three tenths, (.3) of the people in this world are not educated
or trained enough to understand that we want peace, harmony and happiness.
This .3 percent may be kings, presidents, beggars, terrorists, or commoners.
It is the personality and the actions based upon the perceptions of that
personality, that continues and esculates conflicts.  It is not the race or
religion.  
  Because 99.7 percent want this peace, harmony and happiness, 99.7 percent
let others handle  conflict.  The way part of the .3 percent handle conflict
results in wars or constant fighting, close to war.  
  Part of the .3 percent teach hatred of class, race, ethnicity, religion,
etc.  
  Part of the .3 percent are affecting the 99.7 percent because the 99.7
percent is not committed to continually improving the peace, harmony and
happiness of the world with the aim of making it better for the survival of
the human race (Our children and the environment).  We need to include all.
Which quality philosophy includes all?
  Some want us to believe that we must struggle in order to have an
appreciation for what we perceive we have gained.  Is that a worthy
statement of the 99.7 percent or the .3 percent of our human race?  Which
quality philoshphy begins with education and ends with education?  Why do
rulers in some places refuse to educate all?  Why do educational systems
eventually filter out 80 percent or more of society.  We humans set the
example by teaching our children that war is before peace, harmony and
happiness.  
  How much joy and pride of work does it take to change a struggle into a
desired phase of improvement?  We need more action that supports long term
aims such as exercising a philosophy that will get us
peacefully,harmoniously and happily into space ships or into to underwater
and underground communities.
