21st Century Quality Concepts

Dear Fatos/Denizens,
 I have just read an article on SA8000 (Social Accountability). I am  
quite impressed with it. I think in the 21st century, the 
product/service quality will come out from the boundaries of their 
origin place & customer to the society at large. Thus in my views 
the emphasis would be on social accountability issues to say more 
about Quality.
It is just my feeling. I would welcome critics from all corners of the 
globe. Do let me know your views on Social Accountability as a 
Quality Concept in 21st century.
It would also a help to Fatos.
