21st Century and ASQ survey

DENizens,

Coincidental to Fatos' request about trends in quality in the 21st
century, ASQ sent out a survey to poll members about the future of ASQ. 
Those of you that have been on this list for a while know that I left
ASQ, and I hope I will not bias anyone about the validity of the
