Dealing with people who are not interested

I run my own business involved in food manufacturing and I am
coaching, and encouraging our process leaders ( traditional
supervisors ) to study and improve their processes. I am using flow
charting as a basic tool for doing this, working on a one to one basis
on specific processes so that they can learn the new skills and then
later, apply them, working with their own team members.

I have asked for feedback from the leaders "how do you feel about the
process that we are involved in" - some seem enthusiastic and can see
how it might benefit them, whilst others seem very passive and
resistant.

How should I approach those who tell me that they are not really
interested in flow charting, or say that they cannot see the benefit
or point in studying and trying to improve processes?

Best Wishes,
