I would really like to read the article that John Bruman refers to - but
like Jim C., I to am no longer a member of ASQ. How can we non-members get
access to it? (I was the only manager at my company interested in that
field, so I was the only member as well).
I teach BA & MBA courses at the Univ. of Phoenix - and am always amazed at
the amount of Deming's teaching and SoPK I read in the many text books I use
(including Six Sigma), and of course, they hardly EVER give him credit. They
sometimes show a footnote saying Deming was the author of the 14 RULES of
managment...., etc.
