Re: 21st Century Quality Concepts

John Bruman wrote, about an ASQ article by Yilmaz and Chatterjee, "Maybe I'm
wishfully naive, but I think they successfully camouflaged some very basic
Deming philosophy and the SOPK in the guise of the latest management
gimmick."

I'd like to propose a contest. A monthly prize to the DENizen who can spot
the most occurrences, in the contemporary literature, of core Deming
concepts dressed up as fancy new thinking.

I spot several in every issue of the HBR. There's an opening challenge. I
don't think it's deliberate, mind you. Truth will out.
