In reply to Dan. This puts me in mind of Bill Scherchenbach's thesis.
Help me, please if I have got this wrong, namely that people need to
be appealed to on three levels:

Physical
Intellectual
Emotional

If they are to be persuaded. That's the theory anyway. Must re-read
that book!
