Know one I have asked knows but if it were my company, I wouldn't be making a 
public announcement about it.  

As we begin to discuss the Firestone case in the quality classes at TCC, the 
vote is unanimous that no one is rushing out to buy Firestone tires.  We have 
several students in class who work for companies that are just now beginning 
their ISO journey.  The students are rethinking the issue.  

Another disappointing point is how Ford is being pulled into the case as 
well.  I'm sure Dr. Deming would have something to say on that issue.  Ford 
seems to have slipped backward since Dr. Deming left us. Any thoughts?
