Regarding who Firestone's registrar is, according to the Quality Digest
magazine data base (www.qualitydigest.com) the three plants (Decateur,
Illinois; Oklahoma City and Wilson, North Carolina) are all registered by
Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).  UL and LRQA have registered nearly
all the Firestone plants.
