RE: Request: Improving attitudes and morale
A division of a local company has carried it about as far as I can imagine.
They measure attitudes with 5 questions quarterly. Management finds out what
has caused deterioration or improvement. They have found that poor attitude
is a predictor of reduced profitability.
Simple and straight forward. You can find out more in Target Magazine about
4 years ago. Ketch is the company and they were a presenter at the AME
annual convention in Milwaukee.
