J. Crow asks "How do you create the working environment that makes
this possible?"

As WED taught us, "With great difficulty." The heart of the problem, again 
echoing WED, is that "the whole system must be changed."

Where to begin? Well, developing our personal understanding of the SoPK is a 
start. And this begins with the study of systems (Ch. 3 & 4 of TNE as A 
START). Engaging in dialogue with others also seeking this same 
understanding, and being open and dedicated to never-ending-improvement in 
our own understanding (I never attended one of WED's 4-day sessions where I 
didn't see him learn, and testify to the learning of, new knowledge.

Hmmmm. Begins to sound like we, through the DEN, can have that basis to start 
creating the environment asked about.

never-ending-improvement.)
