Tony asks input about the Croatian education system. He begins, properly, by
stating an "AIM" for that system as:
"The education system helps parents to prepare children for the quality life
in adults making the continually common progress of the Republic Croatia."
Before going any further, however, you must now develop the operational
definitions of those terms. What is the definition of "common progress" for
the Republic of Croatia? What do you mean by the "help" you will provide
parents? What do you include in the definition of "prepare children?" How do
you define "the quality life in adults?"
Until an operational definition of these terms can be set forward, and
accepted by all, as the basis for future measurement (standards) there will
be no basis for the PDSA cycle of improvement the SoPK calls for/is based on.
Good start. Now let's see those operational definitions before ANY of those
"next steps."
