RE: Competition [Was: Education and Presidential Candidates]

		A definition of competition is needed here.  I am concerned
with the technological and performance differences in a system not the
relative standings within a marketplace.  That is an accounting function
that has little if anything to do with actual competitive advantage...except
on a profit/loss statement...
