Hello Group:

It is truly tragic that this is happening.  Is there anywhere in the world
that sanity reigns?

I would question that the teachers are at the bottom of the exercise.  The
teachers are more than likely the victoms along with the students.  The
system in use is the driving force.  We must look for ways to change the
system.
