RE: Education and Presidential Candidates

  David's conclusion struck an emotional cord in me.  I am realizing how
much further advanced we may have been.  Science fiction and comedy will
show you my line of thought.  Greater minds then my have referred humans to
Science Fiction and Comedy for the answers to what the future holds.
  My theory is that Dr. Deming knew that humans wanted constant change
towards improvement of the quality of life.
  The child at birth embraces change through intrinsically driven actions.
Our market place refuses to educate and retool to keep up with the human's
capability to innovate.  Our market place pushes extrinsic motivation
because intrinsic motivation requires deeper relationship building and the
elimination of fear in the work place.  Those in charge would have to
continue their education and show competence as well as develop respect.  I
do not think that most of those in control today are equipped to deal with
these conditions.  They don't even realize the wrong that management has
brought upon the non-management members of our business community.
