Re: Tribus vice Glasser

Interesting distinction made by Dudley. I wonder if he is assuming that
it is impossible to come from a systemic perspective or paradigm when
considering psychology or human behaviour?

In my work as trainer & consultant I aim to work systemically at both
the organisational level and at the individual level - indeed many
insights happen for me and my clients by using one level as a metaphor
for the other.

I also have to be aware that others (and occasionally myself) frequently
come from a linear perspective - like Dudley, I know that this is not
wrong, it just is - and relates to an earlier stage of development for
that particular individual.

if anyone is interested in exploring this last sentence - I can provide
research references.
