OST in action in UK Community

DENizens,

OST, or Open Systems Technology, as a tool for collaboration has been
used quite successfully by Deming folks in the US and the UK (that I
know of...) and is gaining favor generally.

DENizen Bob Adsett from the UK recently used the approach facilitated by
Paul Hollingworth to address community concerns and Euro funding.
