Criticism

"Can you find something in the criticism which will help you to 
understand your own work better?  If so, be grateful." 

This is not the right direction for criticism. This is why people so many
use criticism. They believe that criticism will drive people where we want.
This is wrong. Its painful, there is no joy. Criticism destroy relationship
which we so desperately need to live together. We need each other. Only a
few people can tolerate criticism. What is with the rest of so many? The
purpose of the criticism is to say that we a better than the others. We are
not better. Everybody is better in something. Let us find in which we are
good and help the other who will help us in something. To give help is the
way what we need, not to say that something is not good. 
I can be grateful only someone who helps me. I'm not perfect, nobody is
perfect. All of us are perfect, but if we are together. With criticism we
never will be together.
