Myron's comments bring to mind the words of Edward R. Morrow, which I had 
discussed with Dr. Deming in 1987.  Murrow said something like:  *I court 
criticism like one courts a lover.  For it is through effective criticism 
that one can truly begin to understand the true notion of continuous 
improvement.  

Like Myron above, Deming said that Murrow meant to find something useful that 
will help you understand YOURSELF better and use it to improve.
