I have been working developing and implementing a Quality System in a
continuous effort during the last 3 years, all our metrics are right on
target, none of our projects have been delayed, and when we detect and
operational problem we can implement corrective action, and our operation
has been praised by different institutions. Today my customer is not happy,
your message has come like a stream of fresh water, I’m sure that by
applying this exercise my colleagues will find more motivation to change
behaviours that lead to higher levels of performance, and personal
realization.
