Dear all

John Hunter asked for a quotation from WED on rating the performance of
teachers.

In Out Of The Crisis (pages 173 & 174 in the May 1992 edition) there are
sections headed "Remark on quality of teaching" and "Latent recognition
(too late)" which cover the assessment & appreciation of the value of a
teacher.
