  Bringing Gray Squirrels to England and Wales!
  Questions:
		How was it Managed???
	1) How was the decision made?
		a) Why are the Grey Squirrels recommended?
		b) Did the grey squirrels just show up in England and Wales?
	2) What is our theory of the value for keeping the squirrels, be
they gray or red?
		a) Why are the Red Squirrels recommended?
		b) What conditions brought the red squirrels to England and
Wales?

  
  We can write articles about the affect a butterfly has on the world when
it flaps it's wings yet many would say this is nonsense.

	

  Profit is tied to the use of resources.  It costs to use resources.  Who
knows the total cost of anything if we have the unknown and unknowable?

	We humans have respected people telling us the total cost is $99.95.

  The equation is:
  Profit = Sale price - [Cost of resources (including time) + The unknown
and unknowable].
  If we pay no attention to the existence of the unknown and unknowable life
is wonderful in the short term.  
  
  We delight in our profit and leave the rest to our children to figure out.

  I believe that competition requires us to play the shell game.  
  We find out that the red squirrels are dying off way after the real cause
happened.
  
  	The real cause might have been a caring relative wanting to share
something from North America with England and Wales.  
	Maybe well meaning scientists and engineers wanted to help?  

  
  Like the red and grey squirrels competing, we believe our children should
compete in order to learn about the value of profit.  Wining at the cost of
other and at the cost of our environment.

  As a member of this world I am asking the people to change competition to
cooperation's.  
  Intrinsically we can all find joy and pride in our work if our emotional
stability can support this change.

  My theory is that competition is fed by emotional instability.
  The road block to evolving into a united world is the road block called,
"Competition".     
  When both football or soccer teams work together to get the ball form one
end of the field to the other and score, the score is amazing!!!  Methods
change. Waste is reduced.  
  The waste in broken limbs and scrapes or bruises is minimized.  The waste
as a result of emotional scaring is drastically reduced or eliminated.
Emotional scaring is made worse by denying that it happens.
  
  I am pushing the limits of some peoples patients.  
  Please grow so our children's, children's, children and so on, will unite
and traverse the universe as evolved humans?  Accept the existance of
unknown and unknowables!  Cooperate to reduce the unknown and unknowable.
Have fun!  Experience joy and pride in your work!  Managers of nations are
free to select cooperation and manage it.  It starts with the most senior
managers teaching the youngest children.  Actively listen to the youngest
children.
