Sorry to be slow in responding.  I was away all last week.  I read your
remarks on the Baldrige Award addressed to the A-CASA research group just
this evening and sent a response a few minutes ago.  I hope you will dip
into Deming's writing and some of the Deming Library videos as you prepare
to write your article.  I would be happy to send you transcripts of the two
videos in which we examined the Baldrige criteria and their correspondence
to Deming's 14 Points.  Let me know how I can help.
